1. Service Charges

Service or inspection charges are non-refundable once the technician visit and inspection are completed.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Payment is made but the service is not delivered.
  • A duplicate payment is made by the customer.
  • The request is canceled before technician assignment or dispatch.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • After successful completion of service.
  • Issue reoccurs due to external factors or misuse.
  • Customer denies or delays service after technician dispatch.
  • Spare parts after installation.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us with booking details. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.
