1. Service Charges
Service or inspection charges are non-refundable once the technician visit and inspection are completed.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Payment is made but the service is not delivered.
- A duplicate payment is made by the customer.
- The request is canceled before technician assignment or dispatch.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- After successful completion of service.
- Issue reoccurs due to external factors or misuse.
- Customer denies or delays service after technician dispatch.
- Spare parts after installation.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us with booking details. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.
